Covid Response

First off, I would like to thank everyone who has had patience with me as I navigate the new “normal” within in the salon. The last however long has brought a lot of changes, challenged my organizational skills, and asked us all to find ways to adapt to a new mode of operation. We are still operating on better safe than sorry mode so….

Please arrive on time! Now, more than ever, it’s important to be on time for your appointment. Appointments are scheduled to ensure limited capacity in the salon, and also allow adequate cleaning time between guests. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Everyone needs to be masked up at all times! When you arrive for your appointment, please be wearing a well fitting mask with loops that go around the ears; if you forget yours, we have some on hand. For color appointments, please know that lightener or color may stain your mask. Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk for you to use upon arrival.

Please bring limited personal items to the salon, and arrive at your appointment alone, unless you have already cleared this with your stylist (ex; accompanying a minor to their appointment).

Most importantly, be kind and help us stay healthy and safe! If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, or have a known exposure to someone with covid, please reschedule your appointment.
